The lack of a lift leads to heavy luggage struggles!!! Empty soap dispenser and the male staff's unfriendly demeanor at reception summed up a series of small annoyances. Common areas need a serious refresh!!!

The stay at La Cathedrale was pleasant, with a superb location directly across from the Cathedral. The room I stayed in was a beautiful Large Double Room Cathedral View, featuring updated bathrooms and a lovely view. The breakfast was excellent, offering a variety of fresh fruits and baked goods. The friendly staff, particularly Guillaume, made the experience even better by assisting with luggage and ensuring my comfort during my stay.
